As if that sport doesn't have enough money washing around it they had to squander millions of public money to give it to a soccer club squandering the legacy they were so keen on. If it has to have a soccer club as a TENANT then they should pay a proper rent and they should have to keep it somewhere near the condition in which it was constructed.
